Your own verified domain or subdomain is required for your branded portal. Hosted access does not transfer software or source-code ownership.

You must have your own support staff to handle driver requests, ELD administration and permitted logbook edits. ELD Factory handles technical service and availability. We do not make ELD or logbook edits on your behalf. Record changes follow supported permissions, required driver review and preserved history.

Warranty throughout your lease
If anything goes wrong with your leased device, we provide a replacement.
Technology replacements included
As we introduce improved ELD Factory hardware, your lease includes replacement with the newer technology.
Two-day air replacements
We ship replacements via UPS 2nd Day Air or FedEx 2Day to any location in the lower 48 United States.
90 days to return after cancellation
Return your leased hardware within 90 days after your service cancellation takes effect.
Two-day shipping refers to the carrier’s two-business-day service. Hardware is leased and must be returned after cancellation. Read the service and hardware terms ↗
